受访者供图华龙网发“这个是我们设计研发的全故障自检塔机安监智能系统,它由一个显示器和主控制器组成。 ”技术人员指着一个“小黑匣子”告诉记者,系统开机后,这个全故障自检塔机安监智能系统就会自动检测塔机各项综合指标,达标后塔吊才能进行工作状态。

塔吊操作过程中,智能系统的显示器上能清楚看到高度限位装置、起重量限位装置、力矩限位装置、变幅限位装置、行程限位装置等情况。 而一旦发现传感器故障、控制线路故障、机械故障、电子故障等突发情况,系统就会立马发出自动警报并且通过APP和短信通知联系相关责任主体责任人以及政府有关监管人员。

从而在事前事中进行全面全过程监控,发现问题及时派人整改,确保消除各种安全隐患。 据了解,目前市面上的塔吊一般都带有检测装置,不过主机和传感器是分离的,因此采集的数据会受到很大的人为影响。
